• What is the Frame It Easy Shopify App?

  The Frame It Easy Shopify app is your solution to easily selling your framed art & photos. By using the app in conjunction with your Shopify store, you can offer your art, printed & framed, and we will provide complete manufacturing and fulfillment, delivered straight to your customers.

• I don’t have a Shopify store, can I still use your service to sell framed art?

  Of course! Even if you don’t have a Shopify store you can still use our service by placing orders on our website and checking the “White Label this order” box on the final checkout screen. • How much does it cost?

  The app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for a frame/print when you sell it through your Shopify storefront. Shopify may charge fees depending on the plan you select for your storefront.

• How do I choose price markups?

  When you install the app, you can easily select a markup price using a sliding scale tool that makes it simple to see how much profit you’ll make for each item.

• How do I install the app?

• How do I make a profit?

  When a customer places an order in your storefront, your customer pays your desired price, you pay us for the framed print plus shipping, and you keep the difference as your profit.

• What credentials do I use to sign up?

  Use the same email address you use for your Frame It Easy account when signing up for the app/Shopify so you can connect the two accounts.

• How do I connect my FIE account to my Shopify account?

  If you used the same email address for both accounts, you’ll see a button to connect both accounts in your Frame It Easy account dashboard.

• How do I account for shipping?

  We recommend offering free shipping and marking up your art an additional 10-15% to account for shipping costs.

• Can I white label my Shopify orders?

  All Shopify orders are automatically white labeled. You can upload your logo and custom messaging to your customers in the branding section of your reseller account.

• Can I apply my reseller discount to Shopify orders?

  Your reseller discount will be applied to all your orders, both through our website and through our app on Shopify.

• Can I sell empty frames through Shopify?

  At this time you can sell framed or unframed prints, but you can’t sell empty frames through our app.

• Do you have glass covers, or just acrylic?

  We offer 3 types of acrylic covers; we don’t offer glass as it doesn’t have the same clarity or shipping savings that acrylic does.

• Can you put anything extra in the packages that get sent to customers?

  At this time, we can’t add anything extra in packages to customers. You can include messaging on the packing slip by visiting the branding section of your reseller account.

• Do I need an account to sell on Shopify?

  You’ll need an account with Shopify and Frame It Easy; Frame It Easy accounts are free to sign up for and it only takes a few minutes.

• What types of paper do you have?

  3 types of paper are available: Art paper, photo paper, or premium giclee paper.

• Do frames come assembled?

  Yes, your framed prints will come ready-to-hang. All you need is a hammer and a wall to hang the art!

• What comes with the frame?

  Frames come with all necessary hanging hardware to attach them to a wall.

• What happens if a customer receives a damaged order?

  You should email yourfriends@frameiteasy.com for refunds, replacements, or returns. Please include relevant pictures of any damage.

• Do I have to measure anything?

  No, upload your art or photography and our intelligent frame designer does the rest. You don’t have to measure or guess!
